Power

He gives power to the faint and weary, and to him who has no might He increases strength [causing it to multiply and making it to abound]. – Isaiah 40:29 AMP

Lord, how excellent is your name. Your name is strength. Your name is power. A strong tower makes me safe. There is nobody like you Lord. I cannot make it on my own. I cannot live without you in my life. I am desperate for you Jesus. Each morning when I rise, I call on the name of the Lord for help and guidance.

When I have not had the best night’s sleep, I seek to break the stronghold of yesterday so it will not kidnap today. The present is all we have, so we must not allow instant replays of yesterday to rob us of today’s peace. We also cannot project into an un-promised tomorrow with what if this or that. Today is all we have so live in the moment. Speak the name of Jesus into the atmosphere and stand on God’s Word so that his power may abound in you.
